Cafe de Olla
INGREDIENTS:
8 cups water
4 oz ground
coffee
4 oz brown
sugar
2 cinnamon
sticks
3 cloves,
whole
1 square of
semi-sweet chocolate
DIRECTIONS:
Boil water in
a saucepan
Then
add cinnamon, cloves, sugar and chocolate
When the
mixture comes to a boil, skim off foam
Reduce the
heat to a simmer, then add coffee
Steep for 5
minutes then serve
