Coffee Cherry Almond Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of Sour Cream
1 pkt French vanilla
cake mix
3 Eggs
¼ cup of Water
1 can Cherry pie
filling
½ cups of Almond slices
Powdered sugar glaze
1 cup of crushed strong
instant coffee
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the cake mix,
sour cream, egg and water together
Pour into greased 15X10 inch baking tin
Drop spoonfulls of cherry pie filling onto the mix
Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until golden
Sprinkle with almonds and glaze
Serve
